The Mediterranean cuisine, with a selection of typical Tuscan dishes, is made of simple ingredients cooked wisely: the home made pasta and a fine selection of typical local wines are the right choice to enjoy a meal in the traditional style.
The “Tegamata”, special dish with Gragnano pasta served directly into the baking pan, is the Mama specialty: the “Calamarata” is definitely the most appreciated by our guests.
